Will I be able to get a refund if I change my mind?
We'll be happy to refund your fees, provided your request your refund at least one week (7 calendar days) before your course starts. We'll charge you a 15% administration fee.

When and how will I receive my refund?
Is your refund request is in policy and did you pay all your fees with one bank card?
Your request will be processed automatically within 48 hours, the money will return onto the same card that you paid with and you will receive an email as confirmation of your refund.
Is your request is in policy and you paid in cash, set up an installment plan or were awarded a bursary or grant for part of your course fees?
The Information and Bookings Team will process your refund within 1 week. If you paid by cash, we will refund you by cheque and enclose a refund receipt in the post as confirmation of your refund.
What if my course is cancelled?
Very few courses at Wecomex are cancelled. If we have to cancel a course and cannot offer a suitable alternative we will give you a full refund.
We'll also prioritise your refund so that you don't need to wait for your money back. If you paid all your fees upfront by card your refund will be processed automatically within 48 hours.
If you paid for your course in cash, set up an installment plan or were awarded a bursary or grant for part of your course fees our Information and Bookings Team will process your refund within 1 week.
We regret that we cannot accept liability for an inability to provide courses where these are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example, industrial action, public transport disruptions or severe weather.
Can I apply for a refund if I am made redundant?
You can apply for a refund if you are made redundant and wish to leave your course. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
